We are based in Quebec City and have sold tea since 1996. In today’s busy world, convenience is of utmost importance to the consumer. BMH CONCEPT is a mail-order business specializing in tea and its accessories. Our company does not only offer an easy way to shop, but personalized service and only the best varieties of tea find their way in our store.
Our goal is not to promote tea as a mass product but to offer tea of exceptional quality, rare specialties and attractive accessories to the tea lover at reasonable prices. We would like to introduce tea as well to the “other hot beverage” consumer, not to leave his love but to have an option. Our mission is to give each customer personal attention, the quality of our service equals the quality of our teas.
